DUE TO THE CUSTOMIZED NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE CAN'T ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS THEY ARE TRULY DEFECTIVE. IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR KOOZEES ARE DEFECTIVE OR THE PRINT QUALITY IS UNACCEPTABLE, DO NOT HESITATE TO EMAIL US AT HELPME@ONESTOPBRIDESHOP.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

1. PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES AND DIFFERENT LIGHTING TO VERIFY DEFECTIVENESS. THE MORE PHOTOS THE BETTER. IF IT WAS A TORN PACKAGE THAAT CAUSED THE ISSUES, PLEASE SEND PACKAGE PHOTOS AS WELL.

2. SEND OVER YOUR ORDER NUMBER & EVENT DATE.

3. WE WILL HAVE A REPRESENTATIVE REVIEW THE ISSUE AND UPON VERIFICATION OF THE MISTAKE, WE WILL PUT YOUR ORDER ON RUSH PRODUCTION TO FIX IT FOR YOU. WE WILL DENY REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS OR REPRINTS 7 DAYS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

SINCE CUSTOMIZED KOOZEES CAN'T BE RESTOCKED, WE CAN ONLY PROVIDE REFUNDS IF A REPRESENTATIVE DETERMINES THAT ONE STOP BRIDE SHOP HAS GENUINELY MADE A MISTAKE AND THE ORDER CANNOT BE REMEDIED BY REMAKES. IF WE DETERMINE THAT WE ARE AT FAULT, A COURTESY REFUND MAY BE GRANTED ON A DISCRETIONARY BASIS BUT ONLY FOR THE SHIPPING COST AT MOST.
